One artist who we have had the pleasure of discovering over the last 6 or so months is that of South African artist Ben Jay Crossman, who is currently residing in London and as a result we have been increasingly exposed and treated to this artists characters painted around London. A few weeks back say Ben Jay Crossman take to one of Brick Lane’s most iconic and often rotated walls – namely one of two feature walls along Hanbury Street – and painted a sumo wrestler sed at the centre of a cosmic scene acting as the guardian angel, protecting not just this street, but the universe as a whole.
