New Fernando Leon Street Art in Penge

A month or so back saw London receive a brief visit from Colombian born, but Dutch based, Street Artist Fernando Leon who whilst over took the time to come paint a single London mural in Penge for our SprayExhibition20 Community Mural Project. Taking to Maple Road to showcase an interesting style of surreal illustration driven work presenting a host of characters in a minimal sedated colour palette, on this occasion with a pair of male characters set hugging a tiger, it is very much a pleasure to see something so different pass through London’s walls. We would like to say thanks to the kind owners of this space for allowing us to facilitate Fernando Leon in adding something so beautiful to their property. We also would like to offer a big thanks to Fernando Leon for taking the time to come down to Penge to add this delightful work to the area on his brief visit to London.
