Next up we are taking a look at a trio of fantastic works – two solo works and one collaboration with Vinnie Nylon – placed up on a glorious spring day around Penge and Anerley by visiting artist KMG who made her way down from Scotland and left some beautiful and fun-fueled illustrative works in her wake. KMG’s artwork explores themes from the precarious to the mundane, often imbued with a subtle subversive dynamic to give her creations a little kick, fusing cynicism and playfulness masterfully.
The works below were placed up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog for SprayExhibition20. We of course wish to say a big thank you to each of the respective generous space owners, who kindly donated a spot and trusted us to work it. As well as a massive thank you to KMG for supporting the community initiatives we involve ourselves with and for leaving such a captivating series of artworks in the process on their visit to London.
