Next up we are taking a look at a superb half-a-dozen additions to Penge and Anerley through 2021 by street artist Woskerski for our SprayExhibition20 Community Street Art Project. It’s always a pleasure to have Woskerksi paint a spot for us and leave some of his hyper-realistic surreal characters, scenes and creations for ourselves and the local community to admire around our hometown.
For us one of the most exciting things about Woskerski is whilst he has a recognizable painting style, there is however absolutely no telling what he will paint next subject wise. This is amply demonstrated with the selection of six works below which feature a trio of very diverse portraits, a hand popping out from behind a curtain holding a lego figure head, an egg and even one Octopus-plant creature! Always either fun or striking, and always unexpectedly brilliant.
We of course wish to say a big thank you to each of the respective generous space owners, who kindly donated a spot and trusted us to work it. As well as a massive thank you to Woskerski for routinely visiting SE20 to support this initiative and for leaving such a captivating series of artworks in the process. Each of the works below are located in Penge and Anerley and were put up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog.
