Next up we are taking a look at a superb addition to Penge by street artist Roo, which was placed up over the summer for our SprayExhibition20 Community Street Art Project.  It’s always a pleasure to have Roo visit SE20 and leave some of her exceptional illustrative work for us to admire, and this work below is no exception. The work features Roo’s trademark humour and sweetness – not to mention the exceptionally clean manner in which her artworks are produced – in this case featuring a rather happy looking snorkeling Mallard, making for a scene that was perfect for the scorching weather in which it was produced.

We of course wish to say a massive thank you to the generous space owner, who kindly donated a pair of spots and trusted us to work it.  As well as a really big thank you to Roo for again visiting Penge to support this initiative and for leaving such a fun and beautiful artwork in the process. The work below is located in Linden Grove, Penge and was put up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog.
