Next up in our long run of catching up with what we have been up to in our corner of London over the recent few months we are taking a look at a great work from street artist ThisOne & Tizer placed up at the end over the Autumn in St Hugh’s Estate for our SprayExhibition20 community street art project.
Taking to a run of bare brick wall this duo, both members of The Ghostwriters crew, painted a pair of herons in the respective styles, which saw ThisOne paint the Heron on the left in his distinctive black and white illustrative style and Tizer paint the Heron on the right in a style of rich colours that is very much a style of his own, We love how both these birds pop off the brick wall they adorn and how both the individual pieces work on their own merit and equally work superbly as a pair.
We of course wish to say a massive thank you to the team at the St Hugh’s Community Centre and Clarion for their help in getting ourselves and the artists involved with this lovely initiative. As well as a really big thank you to ThisOne & Tizer for coming by to support this initiative and for leaving such a great pair of artworks in the process. This fantastic work can be found in Chalkendon Close, St Hugh’s Estate and was put up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog for SprayExhibition20.
