New Shok-1 Street Art ‘Dead Dogs’ In Walthamstow For ‘Paint Your London’

Over the last week Shok-1 was at work in Forest Road, Walthamstow, belatedly adding his contribution to the  ‘Paint Your London’ Festival recently held in Walthamstow, put on by Wood Street Walls. In his works Shok-1 uses the many anatomical elements of the human body to transform and create his myriad hybrids creations that distinguish his glowing X-ray compositions. The magnificent translucent quality he creates is due to his meticulous technique with cans and caps, which he likes to keep a closely guarded secret, you can see why with the use he makes of this technique, leaving one in awe of the works he creates on walls.

For this fantastic fresh work Shok-1 has created an X-Ray of a dog’s skull that is just so realistic, and set to such a seducing and beautiful colour scheme. It’s been some six of so months since we last saw fresh work from Shok-1 in London and this certainly doesn’t disappoint and is without doubt one of the very best from what has proven to be an impressive event bringing an array of fresh new works in a variety of styles to the area. If you are in the area be sure to head along to check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Works from Invader & Shok-1.
