For our next post we are taking a look at a superb series of artworks placed up through 2022 around Penge and Anerley by local street artist Envol placed up for our SprayExhibition20 community street art project around SE20. Envol has certainly left his mark in style about SE20 over the last year. Presenting a strong graphic design influence, it is always impressive to see how meticulous this artist is with his output, even in a minimalist setting there is so much attention to detail in Envol’s work. It is also interesting to see the subtle tones present in his work, and in his more recent work its impressive to the fusion of realism and abstraction with more rounded shapes adding a new layer of depth to his creations.

We would like to offer a big thank you to each of the respective space owners for allowing us to find an artist to again transform their property. As well as a massive thank you to Envol for coming out to support this initiative and for leaving such a fantastic series artworks around SE20 this year for us to enjoy in the process. These superb works where placed up around Penge and Anerley with support from ourselves London Calling Blog. for our community street art project SprayExhibition20.
