New Siner Street Art for Remembrance Day in Penge

Next up in our run of catching up with what we have been up to in our corner of South-East London over the recent few months we are taking a look at a lovely work from artist Siner placed up last month in Penge to commemorate Remembrance Day for our SprayExhibition20 community street art project. Like so many things in 2020 Remembrance Day turned out to be another moment this year that couldn’t be celebrated in a normal manner so it was absolutely lovely that Siner showed up on the day and painted this stunning artwork to show that “Penge Remembers”.

We of course wish to say a massive thank you to the owners of the space who kindly donated a spot and trusted us to work it. As well as a really big thank you to Siner for coming to the area to support this initiative and for leaving such a touching artwork in the process. This superb artwork can be found in Maple Road and was put with support from ourselves London Calling Blog.
