Here we are taking a look at work from Juan2 placed up in St Hugh’s Estate as part of an ongoing project we are working on with the St Hugh’s Community Centre and Clarion. The work in question features futuristic abstract Graffiti work which for Juan2 represents a continuing focus on the form and flow of his work rather than his initial origins in more traditional Graffiti styles focused on lettering. The work certainly generates a lot of energy and movement. What we really love about this particular work is how Juan2’s work looks on the bare brick background, its always exciting to see an artist utilise the natural surface in their work. We of course wish to say a massive thank you to the team at the St Hugh’s Community Centre and Clarion for their help in getting ourselves and the artists involved with this lovely initiative. As well as a really big thank you to Juan2 for coming by to support this initiative and for leaving such a fun artwork in the process. This fantastic work can be found in Chalkendon Close, St Hugh’s Estate and was put up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog for SprayExhibition20.
