Last weeks saw Fanakapan out in the rather cold weather to create this fantastic glass Octopus work in North London. Making the third animals Fanakapan has painted around in London in a glass format, with a Dog in Penge and Elephants painted in Brick Lane Fanakapan has for this piece has again almost deconstructed the full on meticulous intensity of his reflective chrome based works and gone for a more minimalist style to equal effect. The piece generates so much depth and is certainly captivating. all the more interesting for the fun flowing subject of the Octopus.
