A couple of weekends back saw Dan Kitchener in Camden Town to create his latest London mural reworking a spot of his in Hartland Road that was painted a few years back now and certainly makes for an interesting case of seeing how Dan Kitchener’s ‘Liquid Lights’ creations have evolved over the years as he continues to define his expressive style with an London scene based on original photos by Dan Kitchener. This work was put up with support from The Real Art of Street Art.
It’s interesting to see how of late Dan Kitchener has started to provide more focus and detail to a single or pair of character’s in the scene as a leading dynamic in the scenes he creates.
We happened upon Dan in the early stages of executing this painting, with much of the outline sketching still visible (see City farm and street art in the making, last picture).
We’ve been meaning to go back and see the completed work but haven’t managed it so far. Maybe your post will act as a spur!
