Yesterday we here at London Calling Blog were delighted to see the creation of the fourth work put up with a little support from us in our local area of Penge, SE20, with a beautiful work placed up by Street Artist Airborne Mark. Over the last couple of weeks Airborne Mark has been working on a few Emoji based designs, in which the expressive digital character has been placed upon paper and the scrunched up for Airborne Mark to work his continued light studies present in his ‘Origami Riots’ works. This work marks the last of five in this little series and we are thrilled that we got to have one placed up in Penge. The shadow and fold effect Airborne Mark creates to make his works pop off the wall is always a pleasure to gaze upon and really shows how meticulous he is in his work, something which is so well represented in the bottom left hand corner of this particular piece.
We would like to say a big thanks to the kind staff at the Jacks Quick Stop Shop for their immediate support to our project, allowing us to get Airborne Mark to add something so beautiful to their property. We also would like to offer a big thanks to Airborne Mark for coming down to add this delightful work which really brightens up the road. We couldn’t be happier with the latest addition to SprayExhibition20 for us and the local SE20 community.

The delightful finished piece.
This is absolutely awesome! So glad to have one of Mark’s works locally and to have businesses support a new art scene in Penge 🙂
We couldn’t agree more on both of those points New Art Rioter, glad you get to enjoy them!
