Earlier this week on Wednesday, our favourite resident stencil artist Trust Icon was out in Camden Town to add his freshest piece, entitled ‘Pixel Pet’, adding to an incredible and prolific body of works he has placed up in London this year. In true Icon form the piece is set to bring a smile upon your face as he works with images and characters from Pop Culture and adds his distinctly humorous or poignant twist to his subjects. This work pays homage to Japanese Pop Culture, represented in both his characters, taking a look at the modern trend of ‘handbag pets’, in this case represented through Pokemon character Picachew. This piece was put up with support from the superb work of The Real Art Of Street Art.
