Here we are playing catch up with a pair of works placed up by Street Artist Hunto a couple of months back in the summer around Penge and Anerley, adding another duo of fantastic additions to SE20 for our SprayExhibition20 Community Street Art Project. Taking a to a pair of doors in the area, Italian born, but London based, Street Artist Renato Hunto has done a fantastic job doing what he does best. Namely painting his distinct and colourful signature style abstract characters. Originally a Graffiti Writer, Hunto has gone on to develop his own brand of fluid cubist creations infused with a bold block colouring, depicting for him the great universal subject – sex, intimacy and love.
We of course wish to say a massive thank you to each of the space owners, who kindly donated a spot and trusted us to work it. As well as a really big thank you to Hunto for coming back to the area to support this initiative and for leaving such captivating and beautiful artworks in the process. Both of the works below were put up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog.
