Next up in our long run of catching up with what we have been up to in our corner of South-East London over the recent few months we are taking a look at a fantastic work from street artist Elno placed up a couple of months ago in Penge for our SprayExhibition20 community street art project.
Taking to Thornsett Place to paint one of what is now six painted garage doors provided by residents in this lovely little cul-de-sac, Elno painted one of her distinctive characters surrounded by plant-life and imbued with a direct message of love. Elno’s positive energy is once again matched in her artistic output. We would also like to mention that this beautiful work was the 300th artwork we have organised around SE20.
We of course wish to say a massive thank you to the owners of the space who kindly donated a spot and trusted us to work it. As well as a really big thank you to Elno for coming back to the area to support this initiative and for leaving such a vibrant and beautiful artwork in the process.
