A few weekends back saw Dan Kitchener in Shoreditch to create his latest London mural and his first in some 9-10 months. Taking to Scrutton Street in Shoreditch, a tad off the beaten track off the regular Street Art haunts of the area, Dan Kitchener created a striking scene depicting a captivating cityscape scene entitled “Tokyo Ghosts” based on photographs taken by the artist himself in Japan and transformed into this neon ‘Liquid Lights’ traffic scene flanking the strong central Geisha subject set so peaceful and harmoniously amid the chaotic world she lives. Certainly a pleasure to see a fresh additions to London from Dan Kitchener and hope to see more works from this artist about town soon.
