A couple of weekends back we had the pleasure of taking to Ardlui Road, a quiet rather fancy residential street in West Norwood in order for Airborne Mark to add to our now gradually expanding SprayExhibition20 Community Street Art Project, allowing Airborne Mark the chance to work his case studies in light and shadow through his favoured paper platforms. On this occasion the work features a design of a Rabbit folded by origami artist Ross Symons who sent the design from South Africa for Airborne Mark to bring it to life on an urban setting. Certainly an impressive work very well suited to its new home and in our view one of Airborne Mark’s best works to date.
We would like to say thanks to the kind owners of the space for allowing us to get Airborne Mark to add something so beautiful to their property. We also would like to offer a big thanks to Airborne Mark for again coming down to South London to add another delightful work, which really brightens up this previously Street Art free corner of town.
