Next up in our more-in-depth look at some of our favourite works from the fantastic Meeting Of Styles event in London last week we are going to take a look at Annatomix, an artist whose we very much admire and we don’t get to see painting in London as often as we would perhaps like. Despite the generally rigid structural nature of Annatomix’s geometric designs they always have so much flow and life infused with her predominantly animal focused designs. For the event Annatomix decided to paint a very striking and beautiful Bird of Paradise set swooping along the wall of this railway arch, certainly a fantastic addition to a great event.
Annatomix sketching out the initial outlines, preparing for the many layers of shading and fills to come to make her work pop.

The striking finished piece.
No sooner had Annatomix finished her work then this gentleman set up to pose for some ‘yoga’ stances in front of the piece.
