After our recent visit to Bristol where we were treated to an abundance of high quality Street Art that we were exceptionally fortunate to have been given a number of must hit locations from some of our friends here at London Calling Blog, so we thought we would offer a rough guide to some of the best locations to see Street Art around Bristol, showcasing some of the best pieces we saw around Bristol, including works in and around: Nelson Street, The Bearpit, Stokes Croft & North Street in Bedminster.
This is by no means a definitive guide to all the locations to see Street Art and Graffiti around Bristol, but will certainly keep you busy for the day. The fact is there is Street Art all over the place in Bristol from large-scale murals to miniature stencil works, you really do just have to keep your eyes peeled and explore, however we hope this will serve as a useful guide of some of the key spots to hit up for anyone visiting or unacquainted with the area and we shall set to update this post accordingly following future visits, of which we will certainly be making more frequently now we know just how incredible the level of Street Art, longstanding and rotating, is in Bristol.
1 – Nelson Street/Quay Street

7 – Hanover Place
Work by Banksy ‘The Girl With The Pierced Eardrum’ in Hanover Place, based on the iconic classical painting ‘Girl With A Pearl Earring’ by Johannes Vermeer. This piece is somewhat out of the way, and best heading towards when you reach the end of North Street.

Theses are so goooooooooood puts London into a shadow!!! I think maybe the tall building with lots of cranes in the artwork could be by Jo Peel…. She paints lots of cranes and uses lots of blue…
