Jimmy C has been quite active over the last month or so and his most recent work has been placed up in Dulwich as a part of the continuing Baroque The Streets Project, in association with the Dulwich Picture Gallery. For this project the pieces placed up are all set to take inspiration from a painting hanging in the Dulwich Picture Gallery. This piece by Jimmy C was inspired by Sebastiano Ricci’s ‘The Fall of the Rebel Angels’, which currently resides in the Dulwich Picture Gallery. This piece makes for a differant and interesting subject matter. Presented in a beautiful colour palette, that one would perhaps to see in a cathedral, this work on the premises of the Waverley Arms is a beautiful piece of art and a superb addition to the ongoing Baroque The Streets Project.
