As winter rolled in London received a visit from Mexican street artist and tattooist Ichico, who whilst over took to time to visit Penge to leave a beautiful nature inspired scene. The work painted primarily with brushes and bucket paint features a lioness and jaguar, drawing a connection between England and her homeland of Mexico. Such a striking artwork – cats of all sizes are among our absolute favourite animals in the world and this pair have made a beautiful addition to Penge. It is always a pleasure to discover new artists, even more so when the come and paint in our corner of the city, and Ichico’s visit was certainly a highlight of 2025 for ourselves. We hope it isn’t to long before this artist returns to London to share her creative talent.
