New Aspire Street Art in Penge

For our next blog post looking back at 2025, we are taking a look at Aspire’s final trio of contributions to the Penge Rooftop Gallery last summer. Taking to centre stage on the first rooftop level Aspire painted a House Sparrow – with a little joke about the impending demolition of the space – set behind some hazard tape, which looped onto the two adjoining side sections of wall adding great depth to the captivating piece. Additionally, Aspire painted a beautiful collaboration with visiting French street artist EAJ, fusing each of their respective realistic animal portraits perfectly, with EAJ painting a Bull Terrier and Aspire painting a Raven. Lastly Aspire painted a lovely letter work with such rich colours and flow on the letters. It is always a pleasure to have Aspire paint in Penge and this artist was on of the most active artists at the Penge Rooftop Gallery from the beginning of the project, so it was amazing to have Aspire see the space off in such style for the final paint. This striking set of works were put up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog as part of our SprayExhibition20 community street art project
