For our next post playing catch up with works and pieces we have had the pleasure of seeing through 2025, we are taking a look at an incredible pair of artworks by French born, but London based, street artist Mister Tris that were placed up in Penge in the first half of the year. Both of the works were painted primarily with bucket paint and were put up with rollers and brushes, making for a rich textured aesthetic running through the landscape scenes. The first scene was part of an ongoing chess match between Tris and fellow artist Core 246 being depicted on walls. Where as the second scene features a calm dream like nature scene with a single character at one with his surroundings. Mister Tris’ work really present such a sense of narrative in these snapshot depictions. It was an absolute pleasure to have these artworks placed up in our hometown and it has been amazing to see how Mister Tris just keeps continuously upping his artistic game and is getting the walls he deserves in the UK and all around Europe. These stunning works were placed up at the Penge Rooftop Gallery, Penge, and was put up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog for SprayExhibition20.
