Next up we are taking a look at a fantastic piece placed up in February this year from street artist Aspire in an area of London which isn’t particularly well known for its urban art, but for that reason it makes it all the more exciting that it exists, and also to have got to witness it. One thing we love about Aspire’s output is how they can take his prevalent avian subjects and paint them in so many different styles and compositions. In this case we have a striking red-scale depiction of a Green Finch set absolutely popping off the plain white background it inhabits. It is interesting to see Aspire work so effectively with such a minimal colour palette. This fantastic work can be found in Cambridge Row, Plumstead, and was placed up with support from Street Art Atlas.
