For this blog post we are taking a look at a series of seven artworks that have been placed up throughout 2024 at the Penge Rootop Gallery by street artist Fat Cap Sprays. It’s always a pleasure see fresh works from this prolific artist and thankfully we never have to go to far and wait to long to do so, this artist is always getting up all over London. All of the below works have been depicted in the artist’s own distinct take on neon style illustration that bring these characters to life and really pop from the surface they adorn. It is also always interesting to look back at the end of a year and see how this artist’s style has evolved, with the most noticeable shifts being on them painting more original characters and pieces becoming increasingly loose and abstract – we have shared the newest pieces first and then worked back through the year.
