Next up in our look back at 2024 we are taking a look at a pair of superb artworks by UK street artist Envol placed up at the Penge Rootop Gallery throughout the year. Presenting a strong graphic design influence, it is always impressive to see how meticulous this artist is with his output, even in a minimalist setting there is so much attention to detail in Envol’s work. It is also interesting to see the subtle tones present in his work, and in his more recent work it is impressive to the fusion of realism and abstraction with more rounded shapes adding a new layer of depth to his creations. Of the two works below the anamorphic text piece painted across three walls, a floor and a ceiling is our favourite, as well as one of the highlights of over 200 artworks placed up at the Penge Rooftop Gallery this last year.
