A few months back saw Mexican street artist Trasheer pass through London, following painting for the Southend City Jam Festival. Whilst on his brief visit to London, Penge was fortunate enough to host this artist and enjoy an excellent piece of art in the process. Presenting a rich illustrative scene the work is very much inspired by the artist’s Latin American cultural history, with the canine subject filling the space perfectly. Hopefully we will see this artist come and paint in London again, but for now we are grateful to have had this piece go up in our hometown. The striking work below was placed up at the Penge Rooftop Gallery, Penge, with support from ourselves London Calling Blog for our SprayExhibition20 community street art project.
