For our next post playing catch up with works and pieces we have had the pleasure of seeing through 2024, we are taking a look at a superb piece by Australian born, but Europe based, street artist Jimmy C. This artist is someone whose artworks were some of the very first we saw when we began exploring the east end for art eleven years ago, and we have loved his output ever since. So it is always a pleasure to see fresh work from Jimmy C, with this being one of two he placed up in London this last year. Painted with a loose scribble style, this striking work titled ‘Colours of the Heart’ offers such a strong energy infused with a contrasting colour scheme that brings the hooded subject to life. This fantastic work can be found in Hanbury Street, Brick Lane, and was put up with support from Not Banksy Forum.
