For our next post playing catch up with works and pieces we have had the pleasure of seeing in 2024, we are taking a look at a beautiful artwork by London based street artist Mr Cenz that was placed up in Brick Lane during Spring. The piece is immediately recognizable as being by Mr Cenz, presenting his distinct and striking colourful portraits featuring a black female subject fused with geometric dynamics depicted in the artist’s entirely original and trademark ‘futuristic space funk’ style, and in this case fusing some letters offering a nod to the FX crew he is a member. Taking to this particular wall that has been painted by Mr Cenz for as long as we can remember, one this we particularly love about the life this artist has given this wall is how it has continuously and gradually just got bigger and bigger as a canvas, at this point spilling up the brick work and to the right across the shutter. This striking artwork is in Fashion Street, Brick Lane.
