For our next post playing catch up with works and pieces we have had the pleasure of seeing through 2024, we are back in Penge, South-East London, looking at a surreal dreamlike scene, by French born, but London based, street artist Mister Tris, from Spring this year. This work is very much in keeping with the large-scale cityscape dream scene he painted at the Penge Rooftop Gallery a few months prior, however it shifted to a countryside scene instead. The piece features a male subject flying high through the sky being carried along by the wind in his umbrella, alongside a flock of Canadian Geese. We are huge fans of this artist and the surreal scenes he is creating. It was an absolute pleasure to have this artwork placed up in our hometown and it has been amazing to see how Mister Tris just keeps continuously upping his artistic game and is getting the walls he deserves in the UK and all around Europe. This captivating artwork can be found in Penge Lane, Penge, and was put up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog.
