For our next blog post looking back at what we have seen and/or hosted in 2023 we are looking at superb series of three works placed up by Salvadoran born, but London based, street artist Abraham.O in Penge. He did in fact place up four works in Penge during the last year, but we wanted to give the last work in question a more focused look at it on its own, so keep an eye out for our next post if you are fan of this artist’s work. It is always a pleasure to spy works from this incredibly talented artist, and doubly so when it is on our doorstep. It is also very interesting to see the different dynamics Abraham.O can inject his grey scale realism portraiture. In addition to his portraiture work, we was also treated to an excellent anamorphic 3D crab that made exemplary use of the space available.
The works below works were placed up with support from ourselves London Calling Blog for our SprayExhibition20 community mural project. We of course wish to say a massive thank you to Abraham.O Mark for again visiting Penge to support this initiative and for always leaving such a striking series of artworks in the process. As well as a big thank you to each of the respective generous space owners, who kindly donated a spot and trusted us to work it.
