For our next post we are taking a look at a superb addition to South-East London by French born, but London based Street Artist Zabou, who has painted a striking portrait in her trademark photo-realistic grey-scale styling accompanied by a bright colourful backdrop.  The work features local resident Leanne Pero who was chosen as the subject in part for her connection to the area but also for being such an inspirational figure, having beat cancer, a dedicated community activist, founder of the dance company The Movement and the charity Black Women Rising UK. This superb mural was painted for Peckham Levels and can be found at 95 Rye Lane, Peckham.
