Last week saw Stencil based Street Artist Trust Icon out in West London to lay out a loving tribute to deceased friend and street artist Ben Naz, who passed in 2014 year after a long battle with cancer. The piece entitled ‘I Was Born An Artist, I Will Die An Artist’ is so very touching and in true Trust Icon style is very much his own work but clearly influenced by the subject matter, a beautiful tribute to a superb fellow stencil artist. Portraying Ben Naz fighting on against his illness and being infused with the life-giving ‘Guerilla Pant – Blood Red – Hard To Remove’ that inspired his love for Street Art.
