New Furia 139 Street Art In Brick Lane

Last week in Hanbury Street, just off of Brick Lane, Street Artist Furia 139 placed up his second work of the year for Slave To Fashion campaign which is focused on ending modern slavery with the fashion industry. Ever one to speak up against sociopolitical issues around the world through his art, Furia was the perfect artist to produce such a work, painting one of his beautiful grey-scale portraits in his ‘gritty’ style, not favouring a too polished style. This work is interesting to see Furia paint a portrait comprising three different people of different ages and sexes, setting to demonstrate how this is a global issue and something that effects a range of people the globe over.
