New Artista Street Art In Croydon

Yes we are reporting on more Street Art from Artista, but we have to say that is purely because there is no stopping her at current, having being engaged in a prolific whirlwind of activity thus far in 2016. This work placed up on Saturday in Croydon marked Artista’s 23rd work in London this year and she has already placed up a further pair of pieces since then. However it is this delightful vibrant gem in Croydon’s Arts Quarter we are taking a look at for the time being as we are fairly certain we will have plenty more of Artista’s Street Art to share with you in the coming weeks and months.

Reworking the spot which she painted for Femme Fierce Croydon over a year ago and only recently being slightly defaced, Artista set to create a piece featuring a brand new character, namely the lovely larger-than-life Owl set as the centre piece to Artista’s vibrant jungle scenery. Watching you as you pass by in a way that only really a owl can, the owl makes for a great addition to her flowery backdrops as the feathers around its neck flow with the shape and dynamic of numerous petals in her creations.

This work was put up with a little organization from us here at London Calling Blog.
